Hello! I have been teaching for 18 years. I am currently a Literacy Coach at WCE. I enjoy working with all of our wonderful students and staff. We are utilizing Interactive read alouds, shared reading, and guided reading. 

Teachers have worked diligently to assess student reading levels to instruct our students.

 

Fountas and Pinnell reading levels are used for our students to guide reading.

 

 

 

K-3 ELAR teachers have devoted time each day to use tools of the district to create lifelong learners.

 

One of the district tools that is used to assess student progress is DIBELS.  I have attached an explanation page for parents.
